Dominican University Dining Hall

WDAL worked with EDG  in revitalizing the 1960's, 26,000 sq. ft. cafeteria style dining hall. Murals depicting the dining hall's motto of "Farm to Fork" are illuminated in the servery as well as in the main dining room. The servery was transformed from a passive space into an active participatory experience for the faculty and student population. The project included a new café, a "grab and go" area, servery, two dining rooms as well as an upgrade to the existing lighting in the back of house kitchen.
