Restoration and adaptive reuse of a 40,000. square foot Spanish Revival landmark. Originally a water treatment plant, the building was reconstructed after years of neglect into a library, film archive vault and associated offices. This project won a National Reconstruction award and has been published in Building Design and Construction magazine.
