Owner George Chen was very particular in his requirements for the make-over of an existing below street level Mexican Restaurant. Sherry Weller worked as a consultant to Architecture + Light in creating a lighting scheme to support Chen’s concept of lounge and jazz bar akin to the 30’s in Shanghai.
